My Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me you agree to ALL terms of service listed below:

  • You, the commissioner, must be 18 years of age or older to commission me, the artist,

  • The commissioner, by commissioning the artist, consents to refrain from using artificial intelligence with any work provided by the artist unless the artist is made aware and consents to it,

  • Clear references must be provided to the artist by the commissioner. For nearly all purposes, this means to commission me I am requesting non-shaded reference material of adequate scope (fullbody, portrait, etc.),

  • A final price must be agreed upon prior to any work being done,

  • The commissioner is responsible for complete payment, by PayPal, only upon completion of the work,

  • The artist may live stream the process of creating any commissioned works unless the commissioner specifically requests otherwise before work has begun,

  • The artist may use prior works as examples and post those works online,

  • Any updates to works in progress or previously completed works can be made at the commissioner's request, but may be subject to additional payment depending on the complexity of the request,

  • Any NSFW themes, including those involving violence and hate, will not be accepted, and

  • The artist reserves the right to edit the terms above and to reject a commission request for any reason at any time, even after work has been completed.

Concerning Prices, Payment, Refund Requests, and Cancellations
Prices listed are in USD. Payment is accepted by PayPal, and only requested after a final edit is agreed upon. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, should the need arise. Should the commissioner cancel a request after significant work has already been completed, the commissioner is responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price. Other Stuff (By Request Only)Please understand that I consider these kinds of works more or less 'retired' styles or one-shot arts. From a commissions standpoint this means that I will likely not accept many, if any, of these types of requests but I do and will always consider all requests in openings.
